Job Description
Position:
Mental Health Therapist - Ennis, MT Wild Rose Integrative Health, located in Ennis, MT, is seeking to fill 1-2 Mental Health Therapist positions to provide Behavioral Health Services especially to children, teens, and families. This position involves delivering in-depth psychotherapy and assessment services in a private practice environment. We are a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) approved site, and employees are eligible for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Rural Loan Repayment Program . Candidates with LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT licensure, as well as graduate-level interns, are encouraged to apply. Supervision plans are negotiable based on licensure status. Independent Contractor (I-9) positions are available depending on qualifications.Job Duties/Details:
As a Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC), you will provide mental health counseling services to clients in our Ennis office, helping them improve their emotional well-being, performance, and overall functioning. Services will primarily be provided in-person , with telehealth options (originating from the main office location) available when appropriate.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outpatient mental health counseling services within your professional scope, adhering to ethical guidelines set by your state licensing board. Develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources, including clinics and key personnel, both onsite and offsite. Provide individual counseling (with the potential for family and group counseling in the future) on a regularly scheduled basis or through crisis intervention. Complete all required clinical documentation using our electronic record keeping system (Simple Practice) within 48 hours of client contact. Serve as a resource to local entities, including Madison Valley Medical Center, employee assistance programs (EAPs), and school administrators. Attend weekly group and individual supervision meetings and maintain an openness to learning and feedback. Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, staff, and the public. Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information, in accordance with office policies and procedures.Core Duties:
Conduct patient intakes, including biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and mental status exams. Assess patients regularly to evaluate their mental health and ability to function, conducting mental status exams at each session. Manage patient files, ensuring documentation of client contact, assessments, and evaluations is thorough and up-to-date. Create and manage patient treatment plans, reviewing and updating them every 90 days. Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
