Our mission is to promote wellness and independence through compassionate care in a safe, home-like environment. We are seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) to provide clinical oversight, treatment-plan review, and staff supervision in accordance with Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) standards. Position Summary The BHP provides clinical supervision and behavioral-health oversight for residents and staff to ensure compliance with A.A.C. R9-10-703, R9-10-708, and

R9-10-115

. This position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for a professional looking to provide high-impact services in a small-scale setting. Responsibilities Review and sign behavioral-health assessments and treatment plans within required timeframes. Provide supervision and consultation to Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and paraprofessional staff at least every 90 days. Review resident progress notes, incident reports, and discharge summaries for clinical accuracy. Collaborate with the RN and Administrator to ensure treatment goals are appropriate and effective. Provide or coordinate individual, group, or family therapy as needed per treatment plan. Participate in quarterly Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) meetings. Maintain availability for clinical consultation and ensure documentation is timely, legible, and signed.
