Qualified Professional (QP) / Team Lead Carolina Therapeutic Services First (CTSF) Full-Time | On-Call Rotation Required Position Overview Carolina Therapeutic Services First is seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Professional (QP) / Team Lead to provide leadership, oversight, and direct support services for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Services are provided in residential, school, workplace, and community settings using a strength-based, recovery-focused approach. This position plays a critical role in supporting individuals in achieving stability, independence, and the highest level of functioning in the community while ensuring quality service delivery and staff development. Key Responsibilities Direct Consumer Support Provide skill-building interventions to support daily living, socialization, symptom management, wellness, substance abuse recovery, work readiness, and anger management. Deliver supportive counseling and interventions outlined in Person-Centered Plans (PCP). Assist individuals with community resources, referrals, and service linkages. Support recovery and reduce barriers related to psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence. Person-Centered Planning Develop, update, and monitor Person-Centered Plans (PCP), crisis plans, and treatment goals. Coordinate modifications to plans based on consumer progress and needs. Service Authorization & Documentation Complete initial and reauthorization requests for services. Monitor authorizations to ensure continuity of care. Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with Medicaid/state standards. Complete

activities, and required state reporting. Health & Safety Respond to crisis situations and participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation. Conduct investigations involving incidents, abuse, neglect, or safety concerns. Ensure consumer health, safety, and risk management standards are maintained.
