Behavioral Health Specialist -
Full Time Location:
Flint, MI Schedule:
5 Days/Week | Hybrid schedule -
In-Clinic & Telehealth Patient Volume:

Our Behavioral Health Specialists are able to focus on patients — not hospital call, not inpatient responsibilities, and not fragmented care. What You'll Do Comprehensive Outpatient Care Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide outpatient therapy to adults and/or children. Deliver crisis intervention and behavioral stabilization as needed. Maintain a structured caseload of one patient per hour to ensure quality care. Integrated Team Collaboration Work side-by-side with Primary Care Providers within our MindPATH model. Collaborate with care managers and interdisciplinary teams. Connect patients with appropriate community and behavioral health resources. Clinical Documentation & Monitoring Maintain accurate treatment plans and progress notes. Monitor patient outcomes and adjust interventions as needed. Prepare discharge planning and case summaries.
What You Bring Required:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Active LPC or LMSW license. Minimum 3 years of experience providing outpatient behavioral health services (preferred) Experience with assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and crisis intervention.
