Job Description

Pathways to Peace LLC is a small, recovery-focused Behavioral Health Residential Facility (BHRF) serving up to 5 adults who benefit from structure, support, and clinical oversight. Our mission is to promote wellness, stability, and independence through compassionate care in a safe, home-like environment. Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) to provide clinical oversight, treatment plan review, staff supervision, and compliance support in accordance with Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) requirements. Responsibilities Review and approve resident assessments and treatment plans. Provide clinical oversight and consultation regarding resident care. Provide supervision and consultation to Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and paraprofessional staff at least every 90 days. Review documentation for quality and compliance. Assist with staff training and clinical guidance. Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities. Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other treatment providers as needed. On-site at least once per month; other work may be remote/telehealth.
Qualifications Required:
Current Arizona license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LISAC, or other qualifying ADHS-recognized Behavioral Health Professional. Experience working with adults experiencing behavioral health conditions. Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
Preferred:
Residential behavioral health experience. Staff supervision experience. Knowledge of ADHS licensing standards and SMI services. Schedule & Compensation Part-Time / Contract Position Approximately 4-10 hours per month Flexible schedule with onsite and remote opportunities Competitive compensation based on experience and services provided
Pay:
$32.00 - $50.00 per hour
