Job Description

Buscamos terapeutas bilingües (español/inglés) en Illinois Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English therapists to serve students and families in the Waukegan area and across Northern Illinois. This is a remote, associate-level role (LSW or LPC) with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling. Waukegan's community is largely Spanish-speaking, and the demand for bilingual, culturally competent mental health care in our partner school districts far exceeds the current supply. What Makes This Different Free supervision — fully covered, no out-of-pocket cost to you Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows $40/hr individual sessions (12+) | $50/hr family therapy 100% remote — work from home anywhere in Illinois Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything The Work You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students in Illinois school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development. What You Need Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time) Bilingual Spanish/English fluency Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems Available Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available) Preferred Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities Prior school-based or youth-focused experience Active NPI and CAQH Pay Range $40 - $50 USD
