English Working with individuals with trauma-related disorders Working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds Full Job Description Job Summary Cuore Therapy is growing and we are looking for a passionate bilingual (Spanish-English) mental health clinician to join our practice as an independent contractor (1099).We are open to both fully licensed clinicians and Associates seeking a supportive environment for growth.

We offer flexible part-time or full caseload opportunities in a culturally responsive private practice. Clinicians can provide in-person and/or virtual services while maintaining autonomy within a collaborative setting.

We are seeking clinicians licensed in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Associates under supervision) who have experience working with adults, teens, couples, and/or trauma, are comfortable with documentation, and value providing high-quality, culturally attuned care.

At Cuore Therapy, we are committed to honoring the diverse experiences of our community while supporting the professional development of our clinicians Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations using DSM-5 criteria, ensuring accurate patient records in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Deliver individual and couples counseling sessions Provide crisis intervention and crisis management for clients experiencing acute mental health or substance use crises, ensuring safety and stabilization. Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, and behavioral health strategies aligned with clinical documentation standards. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards while managing medical records, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and other billing requirements. Qualifications ✓ Fluent in English and Spanish ✓ Licensed in Texas or Associate under supervision ✓ Culturally responsive and trauma-informed ✓ Comfortable with documentation ✓ Able to work independently as a 1099 contractor ✓ Open to in-person and virtual services ✓ Collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented.
