We currently have immediate demand for in-person therapy services, allowing new clinicians to quickly build a caseload while receiving full administrative and referral support. MCC provides therapists with steady referrals, strong operational support, and a collaborative environment that allows clinicians to grow professionally while maintaining flexibility. What You'll Do as a Clinical Therapist Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans Provide individual, couples, and family therapy Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our electronic health record system Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure quality care Provide therapy sessions primarily in-person Participate in clinical consultation and professional development opportunities Qualifications Eligible Licensure We welcome candidates holding any of the following Michigan licenses:

Supervision opportunities may be available for limited license clinicians. Additional Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
• Ability to maintain ethical clinical practice aligned with professional standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
