Job Description
Summary :
The Clinical Therapist (Master's Level) provides comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups. This role is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Licensed Clinician. The therapist is expected to maintain a consistent caseload, meet productivity expectations, and ensure timely, compliant documentation while working toward licensure.Primary Job Responsibilities:
Clinical Services Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and intake evaluations Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group therapy services Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT-informed care, solution-focused therapy) Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed Caseload & Productivity Management Maintain an active caseload aligned with program expectations Meet established billable service hour targets on a weekly and monthly basis Ensure clients are scheduled and seen in accordance with recommended service frequency Proactively manage cancellations, no-shows, and gaps in care Conduct outreach to re-engage clients and maintain continuity of care Documentation & Compliance Complete all clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes) within required timeframes Document all services in Credible EHR Ensure documentation supports medical necessity and payer requirements Maintain compliance with Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities standards and organizational policies Care Coordination Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other providers Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations Coordinate referrals and support continuity across levels of care Supervision & Professional Development Participate in regular clinical supervision with a Licensed Clinician Actively work toward licensure (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT) Incorporate supervision feedback into clinical practice and performanceQualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Eligible for or actively pursuing associate-level licensure in Georgia (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT) Clinical internship or prior therapy experience preferred Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Ability to manage a full caseload and meet productivity expectations Effective communication and rapport-building with diverse populations Work Environment Hybrid role: services delivered in-office, in the community, and via telehealth Flexible scheduling based on client needs and productivity expectations Evening availability may be requiredCompetencies:
