Job Description

Family & Children's Aid (FCA) is currently seeking a dedicated Master's Level Clinician to join our Extended Day Program. The Extended Day Program is a therapeutic after school program for at-risk children with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Schedule (must be available for both the School Schedule and the Summer Schedule): School Schedule (Late August through Mid-June): Monday - Thursday 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday (remote) 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Summer Schedule (
Mid-June:
Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday (remote) 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The EXTEND Clinician works in partnership with the Treatment Workers to provide services and support to children in the therapeutic afterschool program. The Clinician is responsible for managing a caseload of eight (8) children and/or adolescents and coordinating their clinical needs.Benefits Competitive Salary Range:
$59,576.40-$70,621.20. Salary range takes into consideration licensure and bilingual capabilities. Masters Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Community Counseling (or other LPC eligible Masters Degree) required. For MSW graduates, LMSW permit and subsequent licensure is required. One (1) to three (3) years postgraduate clinical experience in providing individual, group and family psychosocial evaluations and treatment plans is preferred.
