About Peer Connect Peer Connect LLC is a peer-led recovery organization providing Medicaid-billable behavioral health and peer support services across Colorado. Our mission is to bridge the gap between lived experience and professional practice through trauma-responsive, recovery-oriented, and culturally fluent care. We are expanding to offer Sex Offense-Specific Clinical and Non-Clinical Services , integrating licensed treatment with peer support in compliance with Colorado Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB) standards and building toward CARF accreditation . Position Overview The Clinician (CSOTP) will deliver and help shape sex offense-specific treatment services in the Loveland Colorado area as well as support other locations. You will conduct clinical assessments, facilitate group and individual therapy, and collaborate with clinical staff, peer support specialists, justice partners, and community providers to support safe reintegration and long-term recovery. This is an ideal opportunity for a licensed clinician who values restorative justice, trauma-informed care, and recovery-oriented systems of treatment. Key Responsibilities Conduct sex offense-specific assessments and evaluations in line with SOMB standards. Facilitate individual and group therapy for justice-involved clients under probation or parole supervision. Develop and update treatment plans, progress notes, court reports, and discharge summaries . Maintain Medicaid documentation and ethical standards consistent with state guidelines. Coordinate care with peer support staff , case managers, and justice system partners. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical consultations, and ongoing training . Assist with CARF and quality-improvement initiatives as the program grows. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy , or related field. Active Colorado license ( LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC ). Certified Sex Offender Treatment Professional (CSOTP) credential (Evergreen Certifications or equivalent). Working knowledge of Colorado SOMB Standards & Guidelines . Minimum 2 years experience with justice-involved or high-risk clients . Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and accurate documentation. Preferred Qualifications Current or eligible listing with the Colorado SOMB (Approved or Associate Provider). Familiarity with STATIC-99R, VASOR-2, and SOTIPS risk assessment tools. Experience with Medicaid billing and EHR systems. Integration of peer support principles in clinical practice. Experience with CARF accreditation or continuous quality improvement (QI).
