Meridian, ID Schedule:

25-30 client appointments per week Supervision Provided High Valley Counseling is hiring a licensed counselor ready to build and maintain a consistent caseload within a supportive, growing group practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants strong administrative support, flexibility in delivery (in-person and telehealth), and the opportunity to work with adolescents and adults. Position Expectations Maintain availability for 25-30 client appointments per week Provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults Willingness to work with teen clients Evening and/or weekend availability as needed Complete documentation in a timely and professional manner Participate in supervision and team collaboration This is not a low-volume position. We are seeking a clinician prepared to carry a full caseload and grow with the practice. Compensation & Support Supervision provided Office space provided (in-person sessions available) Telehealth option available Flexible scheduling within agreed-upon availability Administrative support provided EHR provided Billing and credentialing support Wage negotiable Bonus if already credentialed with major insurance panels. Qualifications Fully licensed in Idaho (LCPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience working with adolescents preferred Strong clinical judgment and professional boundaries Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
