Glow Counseling is seeking a skilled and compassionate Couples Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, or MHC-LP) to join our supportive, growth-oriented group private practice. Responsibilities Provide couples therapy and relationship counseling to assigned clients Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans for couples Maintain timely clinical documentation (within 24 hours) Participate in supervision and case consultation Collaborate with the clinical team as needed Availability for at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) preferred Qualifications Active LCSW, LMSW, or MHC-LP license in New York State Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field Experience or strong interest in couples therapy, marriage counseling, or relationship work Training or familiarity with evidence-based couples modalities preferred Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to manage time, documentation, and caseload effectively Commitment to ethical, client-centered care Openness to feedback, supervision, and professional growth Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping couples improve communication, navigate conflict, and build stronger relationships—while working within a supportive, structured group practice that provides steady referrals and professional growth opportunities.
