This role blends clinical insight, behavioral strategy, and real-world application , with opportunities to provide both individual services and group programming . What You'll Do Provide 1:1 executive functioning support for teens and adults Facilitate structured skills groups and workshops Offer parent coaching for families navigating executive dysfunction (ADHD, learning differences, etc.) Teach and implement strategies for: Task initiation and completion Planning, prioritization, and organization Time management and routine building Emotional regulation and overwhelm management Help clients translate skills into daily systems and sustainable habits Collaborate with clinical team as appropriate Qualifications (Required) One of the following: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) Must Have Experience working with: ADHD and/or executive dysfunction Teens and/or adult populations Strong ability to provide structured, skills-based interventions Experience or comfort leading groups or workshops Preferred Qualifications Experience with parent coaching or family systems Background in neurodivergence, learning differences, or school-related challenges Training in executive functioning coaching or related models Interest in integrating behavioral, cognitive, and mindfulness-based approaches About the Role This position is ideal for a professional who: Enjoys practical, action-oriented work (beyond talk therapy alone) Likes creating structure, accountability, and measurable progress Wants to be part of a growing, innovative program within a collaborative practice Is interested in helping develop and lead group-based EF programming Schedule Full-time (in-person required, with some flexibility) Evening availability preferred for groups Work Location Lake Forest, IL (In-person with potential hybrid components) To Apply Please submit: Resume Brief statement describing your experience with executive functioning or ADHD populations
