We're a growing private practice rooted in providing excellent, trauma-informed care through a Christian lens, and we're looking for a clinician who feels called to this work—not just interested in it. While we serve a wide range of clientele, we are currently experiencing a strong and increasing demand for biblically grounded therapy. Because of this, we're looking for a clinician who is comfortable integrating faith into the clinical space with authenticity, wisdom, and clinical integrity. This role is designed for someone who doesn't just want "a part-time job," but is looking for a place to grow into full-time private practice work over time - with the support, referrals, and community to make that sustainable. Consistent on-site availability is essential. We offer flexibility but because of client needs, evening and/or weekend availability is required . What You'll Experience Here A steady flow of referrals so you can build your caseload with intention A collaborative, faith-aligned team environment (not siloed work) Clinical supervision and consultation (especially for LMSWs) Ongoing support as you grow into a fuller caseload Flexibility in your schedule, with structure where it matters The opportunity to step into full-time private practice work as the practice continues to expand What You'll Be Doing Providing individual (and potentially couples/family) therapy Integrating clinical modalities (CBT, psychodynamic, MI) with biblically grounded care Conducting assessments and developing thoughtful, individualized treatment plans Maintaining clear, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA Supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, relational challenges, and life transitions Collaborating with the team to ensure holistic, high-quality care Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field Active New York State LMSW or LCSW license Experience integrating Christian faith into clinical practice Ability to work in person at our Smithtown (Suffolk County) office A genuine desire to grow within a private practice and build toward full-time work Strong documentation and organizational skills Comfort with EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and basic billing knowledge (CPT/ICD-10 a plus) Reliable internet for virtual sessions If you're looking for a place where your clinical work and your faith don't have to be separated, and where you can grow into the kind of clinician and practice you envision, we'd love to connect.
