Skiatook opening August 1st Sand Springs location already operating aletheuo Counseling is seeking

FULL TIME

(20+ HOURS/WEEK) fully licensed therapists (LPC, LMFT, LADC, LCSW) who are looking for flexibility, support, and professional growth. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to focus on client care without the pressure of managing all aspects of running a practice independently. We provide the structure, advertising, systems, and support so you can build a caseload and develop professionally. Compensation is commission-based, offering 70% of billed services with the ability to reach 80% following 6 month evaluation. Both 1099 and W-2 payroll options available. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule. Weekly pay on Fridays. Services can be provided in-person and via telehealth.

HIGHLY PREFERRED

1-3 therapists who like to work with kids and families (even if they have other ages on caseload) 1-2 therapists who want to do groups 1-3 therapists okay with working 1-2 evenings/wk and or 1-2 Saturdays/mth Therapists who want to gain training in ERP and other trainings

Responsibilities Provide ethical, high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, or families Maintain accurate and timely documentation Manage your schedule independently or collaborate with/for administrative support Communicate professionally with clients and maintain appropriate boundaries Participate in a collaborative environment, including case consultation and client staffing when needed Requirements Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LADC, LMFT, LCSW).
