Position Overview We're looking for a compassionate Clinical Therapist passionate about enhancing women's mental health. You will provide personalized therapy to support women and girls as they navigate life's challenges. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans for female clients. Deliver effective therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings. Foster a safe environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress. Participate in community outreach to educate on women's mental health Qualifications We are specifically seeking to hire Virginia Residents in Counseling who: Are actively working toward LPC licensure in Virginia Have been approved as a Resident in Counseling or are eligible to begin residency Have at least 1 year of experience providing counseling services in an outpatient setting ; internship experience may be counted toward this requirement Are seeking a supportive group private practice environment Value strong clinical supervision and ongoing professional development Are interested in serving girls and women through individual and/or group counseling Can build toward and maintain a full-time caseload of 28 clients per week Are comfortable working in an insurance-based practice setting Desire schedule autonomy while remaining clinically accountable Are looking for a clear path from residency to full licensure Why Join Us?
