• Part-time, Full-time Shift Counseling, PC is looking for a fully licensed individual therapist (LCPC or LCSW) to join our team!

Candidates must be fully licensed because we are looking for someone who can serve Medicare and EAP clients. Bilingual/BIPOC candidates strongly encouraged to apply. Male therapists are also encouraged to apply. Our practice provides individual therapy for a diverse population, age ranges 13-75. We treat depression, anxiety, and stress related conditions, but we are also known for our PTSD specialty. I am currently looking to hire therapists with specialties in providing: Counseling for teens, Counseling for men, EMDR therapy, PolyVagal informed therapy We offer a relaxed and very supportive work environment, with plenty of resources available to let you focus on doing your best work with clients. We are looking to hire an employee, not an independent contractor. Please apply only if you are serious about building a full time caseload in private practice (full time is 23-25 clients per week). While you are building your caseload up to full time, you will be paid a competitive rate for each counseling session after the documentation is completed ($55

• 65 per session depending on licensure, bilingual abilities, and experience.) You will also be paid at an hourly rate ($25 per hour) for admin time. The pay rate will be negotiated as part of the contract and it will be a flat fee
• no fee splitting.

Our newly remodeled office is located in North Riverside,IL. We are seeing clients both online and in person. This is a hybrid position, with the possibility of some work from home time, after an initial probationary period. Applicants must be licensed in the state of Illinois. Our ideal candidate would be an LCPC or LCSW with previous experience using CBT, EMDR, or other evidence-based treatments with an adult and/or adolescent population. Some evening and/or weekend hours are required, but employees are able to set their own schedules. The position will start as part-time hourly with the opportunity to transition to full-time with salary and benefits (available after reaching a consistent average of 24 sessions per week) as your caseload grows. The practice provides some training and benefits including free bi-weekly supervision, marketing, and administrative support. This would be a great opportunity for a newly licensed clinician looking to get started in the world of private practice, a clinician looking to transition out of a community mental health position, or someone already working in private practice who is looking for a more manageable caseload/supportive environment.
