Full Job Description JD Counseling LLC is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and fully licensed mental health clinician to join our growing private practice. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered care and are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful change and healing. Position Type Full-time or Part-time Hybrid (In-Person and Telehealth) Flexible Scheduling About Us JD Counseling LLC is a group private practice providing evidence-based mental health treatment to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where clinicians can focus on client care while receiving administrative support. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and other therapeutic modalities. Collaborate with clients and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements.

Qualifications Required:

Fully licensed in Michigan as one of the following:

LMSW LPC LP LMFT

Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field. Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with electronic health records.

Preferred:

EMDR training and/or certification. Experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and substance use disorders. Experience providing telehealth services.
