Full Job Description Licensed & Associate Licensed Counselors Role:
o
Clientele:
Couples, families, children, teens o Direct client care: appointments, scheduling, communication, documentation, coordination of care o Function independently, autonomously, and with confident therapeutic recommendation
Available Schedules:
o
Part-time:
16+ available appointments/week o
Full-time:
22+ available appointments/week
Compensation:
o
Fully Licensed Counselor:
$75-85/completed session o
Associate Counselor:
$65-75/completed session o Sick Time Accrual Team Description o Located in Camas, WA o Team of 15+ Licensed and Associate Licensed Counselors, 2 Clinical Supervisors, and 1-3 Graduate Student Interns o Counselors collaboratively design work schedule based on their desired number of client appointments per week, availability, caseload and specialties, and use of home office for additional telecounseling hours. Other options include Telecounseling from a home office and Walk & Talk counseling at a local park. o Use SimplePractice as the Electronic Health Record for all client appointments, insurance, billing, and client records. Paperless office. o Direct supervision for associate counselors & supervisory billing with insurance providers under Clinical Supervisor o Administrative support for scheduling, billing, marketing, referrals, and other requests o Opportunity for networking, consultation, and collaborative growth
