Paid Orientation & Training:
Receive a fully paid, supportive orientation with comprehensive guidance as you transition into your clinical role.
Strategic Caseload Ramp-Up:
Say goodbye to the stress of an empty schedule. With a plentiful client base, we will thoughtfully curate your caseload to align with your expertise (modalities, age groups, populations) while gradually introducing you to new areas, starting with 5 to 6 clients during the 8-week ramp-up/orientation.
No-Show Protection Policy:
As a W-2 employee, you are covered by our No-Show Protection Policy, ensuring you are compensated even if a client misses a scheduled session, while still accumulating your generous PTO.
Paid Supervision:
Receive your weekly supervision hour, paid by us, with mentorship provided by a licensed expert in your specific field—LICSW for MSW graduates or LMHC for MHC graduates—ensuring you receive the highest quality and most relevant guidance. ⭐

We Are Looking For:
Education:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (MHC).
Licensure Track:
Actively working toward or eligible for LCSW or LMHC in Massachusetts.
