Position Overview:

This position is for a person who wants to work their own hours. This is a full telehealth position. Your home office must be presentable and neat for online sessions. Applications are being accepted for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) experienced in working across diverse age groups. Our center operates in a dynamic environment, catering to a varied population with a wide spectrum of diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute personalized treatment plans and assessments. Collaborate closely with the care team to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans. Deliver clinically sound treatment services based on individual client needs, treatment plans, and mental health best practices. Maintain accurate and secure clinical records in adherence to company policies and procedures. Demonstrate a solid understanding and practice of ethical standards in counseling.

Requirements:

Active licensure (in good standing) as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. Proficiency in diagnosis and treatment methodologies. Awareness and sensitivity to multicultural dynamics in family customs and child-rearing practices. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills. Strong work ethic, flexibility, resourcefulness, and energy. Commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor and providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors. Medicaid Number (preferred).

All candidates selected for employment must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Job Type:

Contract Pay Rate:

Dependent on insurance reimbursement rates. The pay rate is on a 60%/40% split. Counselors will be provided with access to EHR system, a listing on Psychology Today, and a phone number/email. The pay is between $39 and $110 per hour.

Example:

Bill $100 for 1 hour session, provider gets $60 while company gets $40.

Schedule:

You set your hours and we will book your appointments and take care of all billing, phone calls and ensure claims get paid promptly. Not interested in working during normal business hours? We can book appointment after 5pm until 10pm in the evening.
