This role is a great fit for a clinician who wants autonomy, flexibility, and professional support without the stress of managing everything alone. What We're Looking For We are looking for therapists who are: Independently licensed in Arizona as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor Willing to become credentialed with insurance panels, with guidance and support from our team Able to see at least 10 clients per week, with the possibility to expand Available for a limited number of appointments during peak client hours
