Job Description
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health counseling and therapy services to clients, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques. Gulf Shores Counseling Center is seeking to hire a Part Time, Hourly, 1099 ContractualLCSW, LMHC
, RMHCI, or RCSWI clinician. This position requires completion of an accredited master's program in social work or counseling, possess an active FL LCSW, LMHC, RMHCI, or RCSWI license, experience providing mental health counseling services, and willingness to work with various mental health diagnoses. Gulf Shores Counseling Center offers a flexible work schedule, fully furnished offices, and full administrative support including patient insurance billing, collections, clinical supervision, and credentialing.Duties :
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling sessions to individuals and families
- Utilize evidenced based interventions to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Documentation to be completed within 48 hours of completed psychotherapy session
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive case management
Experience:
- Proven experience in mental health counseling and therapy
- Expertise in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning
- Ability to conduct psychotherapy sessions for diverse client populations
