Supervision is provided by an AZBBHE approved supervisor on site. Our focus is on holistic and comprehensive counseling.

Requirements for this position:

• Willingness to see 20+ clients per week (part time is minimum of 12 clients per week) . Okay with building up a caseload.
• Experience in (or willingness to train) in treating children, teenagers and adults
• Preference given to individuals with somatic interventions or knowledge of AIP model and/or exposure models (EMDR, SE, Brainspotting, ERP etc). We do require a willingness to get trained in these modalities as this is our practice specialty.
• Experience in or desire to learn ERP for OCD
• LAC credentials (other associate licenses will be considered)
• Willingness to learn billing and new EHR system
• New clients will be scheduled by the practice.
• Complete paperwork in a timely manner (24 hours after seeing each patient). A completed session includes a completed note.
• Minimum 1-year commitment to the position.

• Our team meets bi-weekly to discuss cases and support one another.
• You set your own schedule (must include some nights and/or weekends to accommodate the schedules of minor clients)

Schedule:
