We are looking for a like-minded clinician who shares our values and philosophies. As a holistic wellness center, we offer traditional psychotherapy and alternative healing therapies such as mindfulness, body-centered therapy, yoga, reiki, and spiritual coaching/guidance. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team, with availability during key client demand hours:

Required:

Weekdays from 4:00 PM - 7:00

PM Preferred:

Availability on Saturdays We strongly prefer a full-time candidate , but are open to part-time applicants who are a strong fit for our practice. The clinician will primarily work with adolescent and adult clients, with opportunities to tailor caseloads based on clinical interests and expertise. Qualifications Fully licensed (LPCP, LPC, or LCSW) Strong candidates who hold an LPC and are close to full licensure will also be considered Alignment with holistic and integrative therapeutic approaches Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Job Description 1099 independent contract position or W-2 Minimum 15 hours part-time, 25 hours+ for full-time Provide individual, couple, and family therapy Attend monthly team meetings/group supervision Collaborate with our team Schedule and manage your own caseload Work from home or office depending on client needs Participate in individual supervision as needed or required (LPCs) Benefits Flexible schedule that you can manage on your own We handle insurance so you can focus on therapy Clinical supervision Full practice management online system to manage all client information Yearly stipend for CEUs Opportunity to pursue and initiate any programming that fits within EAL's mission and philosophy Apply Today We are looking to hire as soon as possible and would love to connect with clinicians who are passionate about integrative mental health care.
