Overview We want you to join our dynamic mental health team as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive behavioral health services to diverse populations. As an LCPC, you'll be at the forefront of providing evidence-based therapies, crisis intervention, and patient-centered support in a collaborative environment dedicated to improving lives. Duties Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to determine client needs and treatment plans Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions incorporating modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and applied behavior analysis Implement crisis management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to ensure client safety and stability during emergencies Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Engage in clinical research activities and data collection efforts to support continuous improvement of treatment protocols and outcomes Qualifications Proficiency in Counseling, Group Therapy, and applying psychological principles to client care in treatment Strong knowledge of Mental Health interventions, practices, and creating therapeutic relationships Telehealth experience enabling remote patient assessments and therapy sessions with adherence to HIPAA standards Strong background in crisis management, crisis intervention, behavior management, and trauma-informed care, such as PTSD or grief counseling Licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor or equivalent in Wisconsin Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Commitment to holistic, person-centered, and integrative approaches Experience with Family and/or Couples Counseling, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices is a plus This role offers a rewarding environment where your expertise will make a tangible difference. $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
