Delta Counseling Services is a small, therapist-owned group practice located in Arlington Heights, IL, seeking a warm, motivated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to join our team. We value autonomy, clinical excellence, and work-life balance. Whether you're looking to add a few hours to your week or build toward a full-time caseload, we provide the structure, referrals, and support to help you thrive. ⸻ What You'll Do Provide individual and couples therapy in a welcoming, calm, and modern office setting (or virtually if requested). Build and manage your own caseload with full autonomy over your schedule. Develop personalized treatment plans and document sessions using our user-friendly EHR system. Collect client paperwork and manage copays or balances with ease. Maintain a Psychology Today profile (we'll guide you if needed). ⸻ What You'll Need Current Illinois LCPC license (Required) Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field Experience working with children, teens, adults, or couples is a plus Familiarity with ICD-10 diagnoses and strong documentation skills Private practice experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to support newer clinicians! ⸻ Perks & Benefits $60-70/hour flat rate for all billable sessions Health insurance available (premium fully paid by employee) $300/year CEU credit for your ongoing professional development Flexible scheduling
