Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Licensed Therapist, Social Worker, Professional Counselor to join our growing team as an Independent Contractor. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health, flexible, and committed to providing high-quality counseling services. You will work with a diverse client base using evidence-based practices to foster healing, resilience, and personal growth. Responsibilities Build and maintain a caseload of at least 16 clients per week. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families of various ages, addressing a myriad of issues and concerns Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Qualifications Active licensure in the state of Virginia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Strong knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and treatment modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and computer proficiency. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Spanish language proficiency is a plus. Why Join Us?
