ABOUT SOC INTEGRATED SERVICES SOC
Integrated Services, LLC — Saving Our Community — is a whole-person, one-stop behavioral health organization providing individual therapy, family therapy, case management, and telehealth services to adults, adolescents, and families. We are rooted in a deep commitment to culturally responsive care for Black and BIPOC communities, and we are expanding our clinical team into the Louisiana market. ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Louisiana-licensed LCSW or LPC to join SOC's growing team serving the Baton Rouge and New Orleans areas. You will provide individual and/or family therapy to a caseload of adults, adolescents, and children through telehealth and/or in-person sessions. You will be supported by SOC's clinical leadership team, established intake processes, and an active referral network. This position offers significant flexibility — you set your schedule within a structure that works for your life and your clients.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and/or group therapy to assigned clients Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record system (SimplePractice) Collaborate with SOC's case management team on shared clients when appropriate Adhere to all ethical, legal, and clinical standards in accordance with your Louisiana licensure Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with
HIPAA REQUIREMENTS
Active Louisiana license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) — required At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in individual and/or family therapy Experience with trauma-informed, culturally responsive care — particularly with Black and BIPOC populations Competency in at least one evidence-based modality (CBT, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, or similar) Ability to maintain clear, timely clinical documentation Strong commitment to client dignity, cultural humility, and professional ethics Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant space for telehealth sessions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, or family systems Background in school-based, community-based, or hospital-based mental health services Familiarity with Louisiana's Medicaid managed care landscape Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French Creole) — not required but highly valued EMDR or TF-CBT certification WHY SOC Mission-driven organization rooted in culturally responsive care for Black and BIPOC communities Clinical leadership and peer support — you are not working in isolation Flexible scheduling — you set your hours within a structure that works for your life Telehealth and in-person options Competitive 1099 compensation Established referral network and intake process — clients are brought to you SimplePractice EHR with straightforward documentation workflow A team that believes the clinician experience matters as much as the client experience People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
