Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with experience in trauma work. The ideal candidate is passionate about trauma-informed care, committed to clinical excellence, and excited to be part of a supportive and growing team. Both in-person and remote opportunities are available. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based interventions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Qualifications Active license as an LCSW, Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, LMHC, or Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida (in good standing). EMDR training or experience is preferred but not required. Clinical experience working with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, or related concerns. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented practice.
