Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW or LMFT) -Mental Health Community Wellness Counseling and Support Services (CWCSS) Job Details Full-time | Contract Full Job Description We are contracting Licensed Clinicians (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) for multiple service locations across North Florida counties to provide therapy services. You have the potential to surpass $70K per year with a full-time case load. Rate of pay is $40.00+ per billable hour. 25+ clients/billable hrs. per week the rate of pay is $50.00 per billable hour. We are currently looking for qualified mental health professionals to help us change the lives of children, families, and adults by helping them grow and develop through providing individual and family outpatient therapy. CWCSS is a supportive, clinically driven environment that offers guidance and resources for our contractors to be the best therapists they can be. We offer flexible scheduling, insurance paneling and maintenance, billing and payroll services, collections, and top-notch office support staff so that you only need to be concerned about therapy. Contractors must pass Level 2 AHCA background screen, local background screen in the county of residence, carry professional liability coverage, and have the ability to learn and utilize Electronic Health Record. Bilingual helpful but not a requirement. Team Building Events Primary Functions:

• Provide counseling, therapy, and/or psychotherapy to clients and families in person or via telehealth.
• Prepare appropriate documentation to bill services by established scheduled due dates; maintain and generate necessary documentation in a timely manner.
• Review client charts to ensure quality assurance and compliance with state and federal standards and regulations.

License/Certification:
