Our practice specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating ASD, ADHD, AuDHD, and complex trauma through transformative modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic practices. We are looking for a passionate, aligned clinician to join our growing ecosystem and support our community across the lifespan. The Role Enjoy true clinical independence while utilizing the robust administrative backend and referral networks of an established practice. As a 1099 contractor, you have the freedom to manage your own clinical caseload and professional schedule, while focusing entirely on what you do best: helping clients heal. Compensation & Financials Clinicians have the autonomy to decide their caseload and structure. Fully Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): $80 / clinical hour Provisionally Licensed Clinicians (LPCC): $65 / clinical hour + Free Clinical Supervision Hours provided toward your full licensure! Beautiful Office Space:

Access to our physical office location in Louisville, CO for hybrid, in-person, or play-based/creative sessions.

Credentialing & EHR Provided:

We handle the platform setup so you can hit the ground running.

Administrative Management:

The practice assists with initial client inquiries, insurance verification, onboarding paperwork creation, and scheduling initial appointments. Weekly billing is completed by the practice.

Marketing & Advertising:

You will be prominently featured on the practice website, directory profiles, and other tailored marketing channels to build your caseload quickly.

Communications:

A secure, HIPAA-compliant email address and infrastructure.

Contractor Responsibilities Niche Alignment:

Experience or a strong interest in neurodiversity-affirming care for kids, teens, and/or adults experiencing ASD/ADHD/AuDHD and complex trauma using somatic/IFS modalities.

Schedule:

Maintain a minimum of 8 hours of weekly availability (with plenty of room to scale up).

Documentation:

Timely completion of clinical notes within one week of the session to ensure accurate billing.

Equipment:

Provide your own laptop and necessary secure supplies to conduct HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy when working remotely.

Liability Insurance:
