Licensed Counselor

Evergreen Coaching & Counseling is seeking talented licensed professionals to provide high quality mental health counseling and related services to clients at Evergreen locations in Champaign, IL.

The ideal candidate will:

Possess Illinois licensure as an LPC, LSW, ALMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT Be an ally and advocate for those in marginalized communities Have experience working with individuals, families, and groups from diverse backgrounds Be open to working with children, teens, and adults. Work well independently and as part of a team Be willing to maintain individual professional liability policy (required) Be familiar with Illinois Medicaid and commercial insurance documentation and billing requirements. Counselors at Evergreen have the right and responsibility to manage their professional duties including: Securing clients and responding to/scheduling referrals that are sent to you. Managing the scheduling of clients within your work hours Maintaining a minimum caseload of: 12 clients/billable hours per week for part-time employment, 25 clients/billable hours per week for full-time employment Engaging in weekly individual supervision and bi-weekly group supervision, as well as seeking appropriate peer supervision as needed, per licensure guidelines Attending staff meetings and training as directed Maintaining required licensure and certifications, such as the IM+CANS Completing all case documentation per company policy Complying with federal, state, local, and company policies and procedures Cooperate/collaborate with Evergreen support staff to maintain necessary credentialing/paneling with insurance providers Maintain accurate and up-to-date CAQH profile. Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field. Minimum of
