Overview Bridgeworks Counseling is a private practice counseling firm located in New Boston, OH , and we are currently seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to join our team. Position Overview We are hiring a licensed clinician to provide counseling services to clients through a mix of: In-person appointments Online/telehealth appointments This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balanced schedule and wants the freedom to shape their work hours. Responsibilities Provide individual counseling services to clients Maintain accurate clinical documentation Offer both in-person and telehealth sessions as needed Uphold ethical and professional standards of care Qualifications Must be licensed in Ohio as one of the following (or equivalent): Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Strong clinical skills and professionalism Comfortable providing telehealth services in addition to in-person sessions
