Job Description

Part-time leading to full-time. We are open to hiring therapists of the highest caliber with a solid foundation in CBT who already have completed or are willing to complete a 5-day Foundational DBT training within 6 months. We will contribute towards the cost of that training. Hires are expected to be able to provide a range CBT interventions for anxiety and mood disorders. Additional background in trauma treatment, eating disorders, and/or working with the LGBTQIA+ community is also desirable. Preference given to those who have completed DBT Foundational or Intensive training and are looking to join a team -- bonus points for those looking to become certified. We are a small, cohesive practice. Must have a valid license in NJ and ideally

candidates preferred. We would like a seasoned clinician with experience with adolescents. We are committed to working with and training BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clinicians. Our ideal candidate can work in a team, take feedback, and contribute their ideas to the team. They will continually improve their clinical skills, and expand the breadth of their work. Additional specialties desired are trauma/prolonged exposure/EMDR/SE and CBT/Eating Disorders/Unified Protocol/Barlow, experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community in an affirming environment, experience working with BIPOC clients and an anti-racist stance.
Responsibilities:
1). Co-lead 1-2 DBT Skills Groups. 2). Part-time (10-15 clients), Full-time (20-25 clients). Full time clinicians have health insurance, 401K and PTO. 3). Attend team meetings and weekly clinical individual consultation with the clinical director.
