Competitive Salary:
$62,000 - $72,000 (W2 position with consistent pay).
FREE Supervision:
Weekly individual and group supervision provided by Maryland Board-Approved Supervisors (a value of $6,000+/year).
Work Flexibility:
Choose between 100% Remote , Hybrid , or In-Person at our Catonsville, Maryland office.

Modern Tools:
Company-provided laptop and premium HIPAA-compliant EHR/Telehealth software. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, or family therapy to a diverse caseload of clients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals. Conduct initial clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (within 24-48 hours of session). Participate in weekly clinical supervision and monthly staff consultations.
Requirements License:
Must hold a valid, active Maryland LGPC license (Required).
Education:
Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited university.
Residency:
Must reside in the state of Maryland (Required for insurance credentialing).
Commitment:
Full-time availability (approx. 25-30 billable hours per week).
Tech Literacy:
Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Telehealth platforms.
