Licensed Mental Health Clinician

VIBE Integrated Health is growing, and we're looking for full-time Licensed Clinicians to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN. We're not your typical clinic — and we're not looking for typical providers. At VIBE, we believe in whole-person care . Key Responsibilities :

Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate both mental health therapy and holistic wellness practices. Provide individual and group therapy sessions for mental health treatment and integrating complementary holistic therapies as appropriate. Collaborate with a team of holistic providers, including Yoga Therapist, Nutritionist, Ketamine Providers, and mindfulness experts, to ensure a seamless and integrative approach to client care. Document sessions, track client progress, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to treatment planning and collaborative care efforts. Provide clients with the support they need to achieve long-term healing, incorporating both traditional mental health approaches and holistic wellness practices.

Qualifications :

Must be Licensed (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP) in the state of MN. Experience in conducting individual and group therapy. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to document treatment plans, client progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Passion for working in an integrated healthcare setting, blending traditional and holistic approaches.
