Our services focus on:

Youth behavioral health Trauma-informed care CLTS + mental health crossover Community-based psychosocial rehabilitation (CCS model) Parent and family support Mentoring and life skills development Key Responsibilities Provide individual and/or family therapy (in-person and/or telehealth) Conduct assessments and support treatment planning Collaborate with Service Facilitators, behavioral staff, and families Provide clinical insight and guidance to support staff Participate in and facilitate monthly clinical team meetings with staff Offer case consultation and support for complex cases Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Medicaid and DHS 36 standards Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration Support trauma-informed, culturally responsive service delivery Qualifications Active Wisconsin license in one of the following: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) Licensed Psychologist Experience working with youth and families preferred Knowledge of trauma-informed care Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience CCS (Comprehensive Community Services) experience Medicaid/behavioral health documentation ADHD, autism, and behavioral disorders Trauma, anxiety, and depression in youth Community-based or home-based service delivery

Compensation Contract Rate:
