Job Description

Company Description We are a small but growing group practice committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to clients across the lifespan. We offer both in person and tele-health services in a warm, supportive work environment where clinicians can thrive while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are currently seeking a behavioral health clinician to join our team and provide high-quality care to our diverse client base. Role Description We are looking for a behavioral health clinician to join our group practice. This role offers the flexibility of a private practice setting with a good amount of remote work as well. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing mental health support, experienced in a variety of therapeutic modalities, and dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients. The clinician will be responsible for providing therapy sessions, assessing clients' mental health needs, developing treatment plans, and offering support and guidance to clients across the lifespan. The clinician will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring the confidentiality of client information. Clinicians with experience in skills-based therapeutic techniques and interventions (CBT, DBT) preferred. Qualifications Strong communication and active listening skills 3-5 years of clinical experience Experience working with adolescents and adults Knowledge of various skills-based therapeutic techniques and interventions Excellent empathy and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, remotely, and on site (flexible, hybrid schedule) Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical work required Independent licensure Benefits/Perks/Compensation
