Licensed Mental Health Clinician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team at CT Psych Now. We have built a reputation that we provide excellent client care through convenience, accessibility, and client-centered treatment. If you are looking for a supportive, autonomous, communicative and collaborative practice, look no further! We are looking for multiple Clinicians. We currently have a need for clinicians who work with children and adolescents as well as medicare clients. We are also seeking a clinician who specializes in trauma treatment. We have a large need, with a constant wait list and we are looking to expand our availability and expertise to meet our client's needs. Administration takes care of insurance paneling, scheduling, and billing, so you can focus on your relationship with your clients. We have offices in Cromwell and South Windsor, fully furnished with modern, comfortable therapy rooms and a spacious waiting area. We strive to offer our clients appointments without having a long wait time. We provide individual, family and couple's counseling. We also partner closely with local medical offices and schools to provide our clients with the best care possible. This an ideal position for someone seeking flexibility. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and a team player, who can maintain and keep up with the required documentation. Candidate MUST be licensed in CT (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LP). We are excited to now accept licensed master level clinicians working towards clinical licensure. Supervision is included at no extra to cost to the therapist. Ideally, our candidate would be able to work a minimum of 20 client hours per week, which is also the minimum to obtain benefits. We prefer clinicians to choose 1-2 nights that they will work until 5 or 6 pm, or a day on the weekend, the remaining hours are up to the clinician's flexibility. Insurance panels are a plus, but not required.
