What You'll Do Provide professional counseling services to either kids, individuals, couples, and families Develop treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapeutic care Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Uphold ethical and professional standards in all client interactions Collaborate with our administrative team to create an outstanding client experience Support and represent the mission, vision, and values of Crosspoint Counseling Center Qualifications Required Active Florida license as: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills Commitment to ethical, client-centered care Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment Join a Team That Invests in Your Success At Crosspoint Counseling Center, you won't be starting from scratch.
