Job Overview We are seeking a licensed Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a supportive and professional environment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to ethical care and client outcomes. Duties Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when appropriate Ensure compliance with all ethical standards and regulations, including HIPAA Participate in case reviews, supervision, or team meetings as required Experience Active Florida LMHC license (in good standing with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling) Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field Minimum of [1-3+] years of clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Bilingual (English/Spanish)
