Job Description

TribaLights TT LLC is a behavioral health organization in Santa Fe, NM providing Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services, Community Centered Support Services (CCSS), and peer-supported recovery programming for adults. We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our clinical team. This position can be done fully remote — you just need an active, unrestricted New Mexico license.
What You'll Do:
Provide individual and group therapy for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders Conduct clinical assessments and write treatment plans Facilitate IOP group sessions Complete Medicaid-compliant documentation in TherapyNotes within 24 hours Collaborate with our support staff and
Clinical Director Requirements:
Active, unrestricted New Mexico LMHC or LPCC license (required) Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment Strong documentation skills
Compensation:
W-2 or 1099 options available Flexible scheduling
