Licensed or Associate Licensed Therapist (Independent Contractor) Build Your Private Practice With Support. Welcome to Agape Joes. First things first — yes, people ask us where the name came from. Agape is the Greek word used in the Bible to describe God's unconditional, selfless, enduring love — the kind of love that sees people, meets them where they are, and believes transformation is possible. And "Joes"? Well… because we believe everyone deserves that kind of care. Not just the polished, put-together, therapy-speaking crowd. We want to help every Joe. Every exhausted mom. Every overwhelmed dad. Every anxious teenager. Every couple trying again. Every person carrying things they never thought they'd say out loud. We believe healing should feel human. Agape Joes was created with the belief that excellent mental health care and genuine compassion belong together — and that therapists deserve support too. We are building a practice where clinicians can create meaningful work without having to sacrifice their life to paperwork, billing, credentialing, marketing, or figuring everything out alone. If you've ever thought… "I want private practice… but I don't want to do private practice by myself." You might fit here. This is an independent contractor opportunity for licensed and associate licensed therapists who want the freedom and flexibility of private practice while receiving support with referrals, billing, credentialing, and operations. Whether you are newly licensed, transitioning out of agency work, expanding your current caseload, or preparing for independent licensure, our goal is to provide the infrastructure so you can create the practice you envision. Work as little or as much as you want. Build the caseload you want. Serve the populations you love. Create something meaningful. And let us help with the rest. This independent contractor opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want to focus on excellent client care while building a sustainable and meaningful practice of their own. Whether you are newly licensed, transitioning out of agency work, expanding your current caseload, or preparing for independent licensure, our goal is to provide the infrastructure so you can create the practice you envision. What We Offer:
70/30 compensation split (therapist retains 70%) Referral support and assistance growing your caseload Opportunity to become credentialed with insurance panels through our practice Insurance and cash-pay billing managed by our office manager Administrative support and client onboarding assistance Clinical practice software and documentation tools included Note-writing support technology included Furnished office space available if desired Flexible scheduling — build the practice that fits your life Optional support establishing your own LLC and business structure Collaborative and growth-oriented environmentFor Associate Licensed Therapists:
