Inc is a dedicated Mental and Behavioral Health Community Based Agency that provides a comprehensive range of services aimed at supporting the well-being of adults. Summary The Licensed Mental Health Professional shall maintain the clinical function for services to ensure compliance with DMAS, DBHDS, and MCO requirements . This position provides as-needed clinical service delivery, including direct and indirect feedback relative to client assessments, Service Authorization Requests (SRA's), admissions, treatment plan development/implementation, treatment plan modification, discharge planning, and connecting clients to additional resources. Responsibilities Provide counseling services with experience in addiction counseling and co-occurring disorders as needed. Conduct intake assessments for new clients, reassessments for existing clients, and complete/submit proper documentation for (SRA) authorization and reauthorization of clinical services within required time frames. Provide mental and behavioral health services for community-based programs, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, Medicaid regulations, and quality assurance standards. Assist with developing and improving a range of mental and behavioral health services as necessary. Provide supervision and/or training to QMHP's, CSAC's and/or other staff as needed. Provide supervision to interns and supervisees working toward licensure. Offer referrals to community resources and additional agency programs. Maintain confidential and accurate client records. Maintain all required Virginia licenses and/or certifications. Provide consultation to

Inc supervisors/directors and perform other duties as needed. Provide clinical supervision to staff in group settings and other programs as required by licensure. Ensure that all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards are met. Offer flexible PRN coverage during staff absences, high caseloads, or special programming needs. Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field from an accredited program. Active license in Virginia Experience in addiction counseling (preferred), mental health counseling, and crisis intervention preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong knowledge of DBHDS, DMAS/Medicaid, and state documentation standards.
