This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will deliver psychotherapy and counseling services through in-person and telehealth platforms, utilizing your expertise to support clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-10 coding standards to determine clients' mental health needs. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management techniques to ensure client safety during emergencies. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clients' goals, incorporating evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing and behavior management. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records compliant with HIPAA regulations, including progress notes, treatment plans, and clinical research data collection. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and support teams to coordinate patient care effectively. Utilize telehealth experience to deliver services remotely while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to medical terminology standards. Qualifications Valid licensure as an LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LSW or equivalent in Illinois or relevant state. Demonstrated experience in psychotherapy with diverse populations, including children with developmental disabilities and individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Proficiency in

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding for diagnostic evaluation and medical records documentation. Strong skills in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care for PTSD, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and gender issues counseling. Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) and psychopharmacology principles is preferred. Experience working with inpatient/outpatient settings, hospital environments, or clinic experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for intake assessments, patient care planning, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment. We specialize in providing medical and mental health support. We ensure that our clients receive counseling therapy along with having a Primary care doctor (PCP) and other medical referrals as needed. .Therapist must be licensed in Illinois as a LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT preferred .

Therapist must be open to using all HIPPA approved Telehealth systems. .Therapist can see at least 5 or more clients and contribute to eventually growing their caseload. .Must be open to seeing individuals, adults, adolescent, children, couples, and families .Must be compassionate, empathetic, willing to work collaboratively with other clinicians and staff. .Must complete clinical documentation within 24-48hrs. .Must have knowledge and experience with at least CBT, Strengths-based, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused .Must be comfortable with technology as we are mostly a paperless practice. .Therapist specialty is a plus! (i.e CBT, EMDR, ABA, etc...) . Full-time 30+hours at least 25 clients .Part-time minimum 15-20 hours (BEGINS
