Requirements License:

Active Wisconsin license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or equal licensure

Caseload:

Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions. Sessions will include ongoing therapy and new client consults appointments.

Experience:

2+ years of clinical experience

Documentation:

All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact Flexible Time Off Clinicians are eligible for flexible time off, subject to manager approval and client care needs. This model is designed to support schedule flexibility.
