Job Description

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) Flexible Hybrid Schedule | Integrated Wellness Practice | Pennsylvania Licensed Aspirational Health & Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and growth-oriented Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our expanding behavioral health division within an established integrated healthcare practice. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a collaborative, forward-thinking care model focused on preventive wellness, whole-person healing, and long-term mental and physical wellbeing. Our practice is built around the belief that mental health is deeply connected to lifestyle, physical health, movement, nutrition, and preventive care. Unlike traditional therapy settings where clinicians often work in isolation, our therapists collaborate closely with medical providers, nutrition professionals, physical therapists, and preventive health clinicians to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Our behavioral health services are being expanded within an already established healthcare practice that serves a growing patient population with significant behavioral health needs. Therapists will benefit from a steady stream of internal referrals, collaborative provider relationships, and administrative support designed to allow clinicians to focus primarily on patient care rather than practice management or self-marketing. We are committed to creating a practice environment that prioritizes clinician wellbeing, flexibility, autonomy, and sustainable caseload growth. This role offers the opportunity to practice independently while remaining supported within a multidisciplinary team environment that values collaboration, innovation, and meaningful patient outcomes over burnout-driven productivity expectations. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide psychotherapy services for adult patients ages 18+ experiencing a wide range of behavioral health concerns including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, adjustment disorders, grief-related conditions, and substance use disorders. Therapists are encouraged to utilize evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based therapies, and other appropriate psychotherapy modalities based on clinical judgment and patient needs. Our behavioral health program is led by an experienced licensed Physician Assistant with advanced behavioral health and medication management training. This integrated model allows therapists to work collaboratively with medical professionals while maintaining clinical autonomy and flexibility in therapeutic approach. This role is ideal for a therapist who values authentic patient relationships, enjoys working within a collaborative healthcare environment, and is passionate about whole-person wellness and preventive mental healthcare. The ideal candidate is interested in helping shape and grow an innovative behavioral health program within a supportive and mission-driven practice. We offer flexible scheduling with both in-person and telehealth opportunities available. Therapists will have the ability to build a consistent caseload through ongoing internal referrals from the existing patient base. Administrative support, established workflows, and a collaborative practice culture allow clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. Candidates must hold an active unrestricted Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent independent licensure). At this time, we are unable to onboard LAPCs. Compensation is competitive and based on caseload, starting at approximately $55/hour, with strong earning potential through consistent referrals and schedule flexibility. Services are billed through insurance. Benefits are not currently provided. If you are passionate about redefining mental healthcare through collaboration, preventive wellness, and whole-person healing, we would love to connect with you.
