Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC)

Chronic Illness Counseling Center LLC is a growing private practice focused on the needs of individuals and families coping with the diagnosis of a medical illness. We offer full-time and part-time flexible scheduling and opportunities to work in person and/or remotely through telehealth. Insurance credentialing, insurance billing, referrals, phone/email, and marketing are provided by the practice. Therapists have the ability to make his/her/their own schedule. All therapists are W-2 employees.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish a positive relationship with clients and/or family members. Meet with clients regularly and maintain own schedule of appointments with clients. Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress. Develop and implement treatment plans and adjust plans as needed. Maintain timely and adequate records of sessions and client progress. Refer clients to outside specialists and agencies when necessary. Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each client and follow safety protocols. Maintain all required licenses, continuing education, and professional insurance. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field and be a full active Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Kentucky. Must have a full license. Current with all state licensing requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with clients and families. Positive attitude and ability to communicate professionally with empathy and compassion. Strong ability to effectively manage time and prioritize job tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$36.00 - $105.00 per hour
